Vauxhall / Opel HELP!!!!

Hi,

I've got a lexus interface v7.1 on the unit which I'm told by C-S that it will work, yet however I try settings, dip switches or gvif wire layouts i still cant get it to work, all I see is a blank screen when I press the change button no menus show up either.

I've also noted that the website says that V7.2 onwards is what works with the Insignia

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

Suppose this video interface fits for your car, is OEM image displayed after connection?
Where did you install the device, near OEM display or near DVD?

It will help us a lot if you provide pictures of installation.

I ordered the OPEL one and got the LEXUS one v7.1 .

Gregory told me it would work.

It is installed near the display ( I realise the connections on the in/out needed to be swapped as the connectors are meant to be changed at the radio but its quicker working at the display end) the oem display is shown after connection but will only show blank page when source button is pressed

Please, make photos of the interface module from the following sides: bottom, bar code side.
The photos should be good enough to read the inscriptions.

Underneath i know it has v 7.1 on the sticker.

We need bottom and side photos. After that we can tell whether you need to send the device back.

We need photos because video interface for Opel also has 7.1 version.
